Welcome to the YiXiaoNeng Youth Index Assessment platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", URL: www.youthscore.org). The Platform is operated by Guangzhou YiXiaoNeng Education Technology Co., Ltd. (ICP Filing: 粤ICP备14083600号). Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this Agreement before using any services provided by the Platform. By accessing, registering, using the Platform, or starting an assessment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement, including all disclaimers. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the Platform immediately.

The Platform provides a questionnaire-based youth competency assessment tool that evaluates six dimensions: Cognitive Ability, Self-Discipline, Learning Ability, Emotional Intelligence, Social Skills, and Physical Wellness, and generates assessment reports accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform expressly disclaims the following. Please read each item carefully:

1. AI-Generated Content:

   The Platform's assessment system (including theoretical framework, questions, algorithms, report templates, etc.) is designed with AI assistance. AI-generated content may contain factual errors, logical biases, improper generalizations, or other inaccuracies. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, scientific validity, timeliness, or applicability of AI-generated content. By using the Platform, users acknowledge and accept the inherent limitations of AI-generated content.

2. Accuracy of Results:

   Assessment results are generated based on user-submitted questionnaire data processed by AI algorithms. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of assessment results. Results may be affected by the user's attitude, comprehension bias, environmental factors, AI algorithm limitations, and other variables. Users should exercise their own judgment regarding the reference value of assessment results.

3. Consequences of Decisions:

   Any decisions made by users based on assessment results (including but not limited to educational choices, training enrollment, academic planning, career planning, psychological interventions, etc.) are entirely at the user's own risk. The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to financial losses, emotional distress, loss of opportunity, etc.) arising from reliance on assessment results.

4. Not a Substitute for Professional Services:

   The Platform's assessment services cannot replace any professional services, including but not limited to psychological counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric diagnosis, educational evaluation, learning disability diagnosis, special education assessment, or other services that require licensed professionals. If your child has mental health concerns, learning disabilities, behavioral issues, or other conditions requiring professional attention, please consult licensed professionals in the relevant field and do not rely solely on the Platform's assessment results.

5. Academic References:

   The Platform may reference or mention academic research (such as Angela Duckworth's Grit research, Carol Dweck's Growth Mindset theory, etc.) in assessment reports and theoretical introductions. These references are compiled by AI and may contain inaccurate citations, oversimplifications, or decontextualization from the original research. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of academic references, and such references do not imply endorsement or approval by the original researchers.

6. Service Availability:

   The Platform does not guarantee continuous, timely, or error-free operation. The Platform shall not be liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or functional anomalies caused by system maintenance, upgrades, network failures, force majeure, or other reasons.

7. Third-Party Services:

   The Platform uses third-party payment services (Stripe) for transaction processing and third-party AI services for data analysis. The Platform assumes no responsibility for the availability, security, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Damages:

   Under no circumstances shall the Platform, its operators, affiliates, employees, or agents be liable to users or any third party for damages exceeding the total fees actually paid by the user to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the occurrence of the damage. For free users, the Platform bears no liability for damages.

By using this Platform, you confirm and commit that:

1. You have fully read and understood all terms of this Agreement, particularly the disclaimer sections.
2. You understand that the Platform's assessment system is designed with AI assistance, and assessment results are for reference only and are not authoritative or definitive.
3. You will exercise your own judgment regarding the applicability and reference value of assessment results and will not blindly rely on them for major decisions.
4. You voluntarily assume all risks that may arise from using the Platform's services.
5. If using the Platform for a minor, you as the guardian have fully understood the above disclaimers and agree to accept all terms on behalf of the minor.

1. Users shall ensure the authenticity and accuracy of their registration information and properly safeguard their account credentials.
2. Users shall complete assessment questionnaires truthfully. Dishonest or careless responses will directly affect the reference value of assessment results.
3. Minor users should use the Platform under the guidance and consent of their guardians.
4. Users shall not use the Platform for any illegal activities or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
5. Users shall not reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the Platform's content.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to assessment questions, evaluation models, report templates, interface designs, text content, graphics, and brand identifiers, is protected by intellectual property laws. Without written authorization from the Platform, no person may copy, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise use any content from the Platform in any form.

The Platform offers free basic services and paid premium services.

1. All paid service prices are as displayed on the page at the time of purchase.
2. No Refunds for Digital Content: As assessment reports are instantly generated digital content, the service is considered complete upon generation. Unless otherwise required by law, generated reports are non-refundable.
3. Subscription services may be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. The Platform reserves the right to adjust service prices at any time.

For detailed information about the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. For users outside mainland China, local laws shall prevail where they conflict with this Agreement, but the disclaimers herein shall remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

1. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
2. Failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
3. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Platform.
4. The disclaimer and limitation of liability provisions shall survive termination of this Agreement.
